Halloween is coming!!  For fun at your Halloween parties, you can make these super cute and easy Halloween ice cream treats. The ice cream recipes are easy, fun and delicious.

    Frankenstein Ice Cream

    Here’s what you need:
    • eCreamery Ice Cream
    • Colored ice cream cones… you want the green ones specifically
    • Black icing for piping
    • Smarties candies
    • Sweetarts candies
    First you'll create Frankie’s body.
    1. Grab a Smartie and pipe some frosting onto one side… then place a Sweetart on top and set aside. Continue until you have enough bolts for all your cones (you need 2 bolts for each cone).
    2. Then apply the black icing to make the faces and stitches.
    3. Finally, apply the bolts to the sides of the cones.
Frankie is ready. Just add eCreamery ice cream to your cones and these are ready to eat!

    Rice Krispies Halloween Bars

    What you need:
    • eCreamery Ice Cream
    • 1 box of Rice Krispies Treats® Original Bars
    • Halloween candy (chocolate is my choice)
    1. To start, chop any large candy that you plan on using. Chocolate candies, sprinkles and candy corn all work great!
    2. Cut each Rice Krispies Treats® Original bar in half horizontally.
    3. Spread your ice cream of choice on one half.
    4. Next, press the chopped candies onto each side of the sandwich, so that they stick to the ice cream.
    5. Place your ice cream bars in the freezer for two hours and enjoy them immediately after!
    6. Enjoy!

    Spooky Ice Cream Spiders

    What you need:
    • eCreamery Ice Cream
    • 1 package medium size cookies
    • Halloween sprinkles
    • Medium pretzel twists
    • Mini M&M’s or other candy for spiders eyes
    • Chocolate chips for melting
    1. Prepare a large flat container to freeze the sandwiches. You also want to layer with parchment paper to make them easier to take out.
    2. Lay out the bottom sandwich layer of cookies and scoop some eCreamery ice cream on to them.
    3. Top the sandwiches with the second cookie and press them firmly together. If you have ice cream hanging off the side, be sure to even out the edges of the sandwiches with a spatula.
    4. Dip and roll the sides of the ice cream sandwich in sprinkles.
    5. Place the sandwiches into the container and return them to the freezer to harden for about 30 minutes.
    6.  As the ice cream is freezing, melt the chocolate chips.
    7.  Break pretzels for the spiders' legs. 4 or 6 should be enough for each spider.
    8.  Once the sandwiches come out of the freezer, dip the ends of the pretzels into the melted chocolate and attach the legs to each spider.
    9.  Dip candy into the chocolate and place them on the sandwiches to make spider eyes.
    10.  Place the sandwiches back on to the tray; use plastic wrap or the container lid to cover and freeze until ready to serve.
    11. Enjoy!
