Please read Valentine Shipping Section Carefully! Shipping Ice Cream & Gelato is a delicate process! Please note our special shipping details to keep your tasty concoction arriving in perfect condition.


Shipping rates:

$25 Half Gallon (4 pints) 2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday or Friday)

$50 Full Gallon (8 pints)2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday or Friday)

$50 Half Gallon (4 pints) Overnight Delivery (arrives on a Tuesday or Thursday)

$75 Full Gallon (8 pints) Overnight Delivery

As each order must be sent in an individual cooler with dry ice there is a shipping fee for EACH order/flavor.

If you are ordering items from our Bakery section please note that some of the items are shipped from other locations. We try to make sure that all packages arrive on the same day but we can not guarantee it.

We highly recommend choosing Next Day Air delivery in the months of June, July & August.


Please note that it takes approximately 5 business days for us to MAKE your order especially for you, so it will be shipped OVERNIGHT OR 2nd Day AFTER the order is made. Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of your order of Custom Flavors for production before it will ship and 3 to 5 business days for shipment of Sampler Packs.

WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED UNLESS IT IS A SPECIAL REQUEST AND RUSH FEES WILL APPLY. We ship only Mondays & Wednesdays, unless special requests are made. If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, make a note in the comments section of checkout and we will do our best to accommadate. Please call us at 866.920.5344 with questions.


**You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package and to open immediately to prevent melting. eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts. To prevent melting, we ship only in the continental United States. We apologize but we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Each flavor is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam container with dry ice. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container.

The customer must file all freight claims for any goods damaged or delayed in transit; eCreamery will assist you in every way.

If we are out of a sampler pack flavor we will replace it with another delicious flavor in an effort to ship your purchase as soon as possible.

In a hurry? Rush Fees are $25 per order.

Order pick-up is available only in Omaha, Nebraska. Orders can be picked up at 5001 Underwood Avenue. No shipping fees apply.
