Please read the Shipping Section Carefully! Shipping Ice Cream & Gelato is a delicate process!

All Sampler Pack Orders placed by NOON CST on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, will ship the same day unless a different delivery date is selected.

Create Your Own (Custom Flavors) may require up to three business days to be made, then it will ship by the method selected.

All orders placed after NOON (CST) on Wednesday with 2nd Day Shipping will ship the following Monday.

If you would like a specific delivery date, please select the date in the drop down menu or tell us in the comments section of checkout.

Saturday deliveries require SATURDAY shipping. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

You will receive a tracking email when your order ships to let you know the exact day your order will arrive.
Please let your gift recipient know to expect a perishable gift. eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information.

  • 2nd Day Service is guaranteed delivery by end of day (5pm to businesses and 8pm to residences).
    $25 Half Gallon (4 pints) 2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
    $45 Full Gallon (8 pints) 2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
  • As each order must be sent in an individual cooler with dry ice there is a shipping fee for EACH order/flavor.

    NEXT DAY AIR ALL STATES Not available for HI & AK
    Next Day Air Deliveries are guaranteed by Noon.
    $45 Half Gallon (4 pints) Overnight Delivery
    $65 Full Gallon (8 pints) Overnight Delivery

    SATURDAY DELIVERY:
    $15 Additional Fee to Next Day Air Rates
    Order must be placed by Noon CST on Friday.
    No deliveries can be made on Sunday or Monday.

    LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES:
  • $15 Omaha, Ne
  • $15 Lincoln, Ne
  • Order pick-up is available only in Omaha, Nebraska.
    Orders can be picked up at 5001 Underwood Avenue. No shipping fees apply.

    Tracking Email: Please READ it carefully and inform your gift recipient

  • You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please read the email to confirm details (contents, shipping address, etc).
  • No signature is required.UPS will leave the package at the recipient's address and the contents will remain frozen into the evening.
  • eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information. If the recipients are not available that evening to receive the package, eCreamery cannot be responsible. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home on the date of delivery.



    Important Shipping Details for ALL Orders:

  • If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date or HOLD an order, please select the date in the drop down menu of checkout.
  • Sunday and Monday deliveries are unavailable as we cannot keep ice cream frozen over a weekend.
  • We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, unless special requests are made.
  • We DO NOT ship internationally or to PO Boxes. We do not ship to Canada at this time.
  • Extra charges apply for shipments made to Hawaii and Alaska. Approximately $40 additional. Overnight service is not available.
  • SAMPLER PACK info: If we are out of a sampler pack flavor we will replace it with another delicious flavor in an effort to ship your purchase as soon as possible.
