Shipping ice cream & gelato is a delicate process
All frozen items require Standard 2nd Day or Next Day Air Shipping.
Each collection (4 pints, 8 pints or 24 single serving party cups) is sent in an individual cooler with dry ice. There is a shipping cost for EACH Collection.
Choose your delivery method (Standard 2nd day, next day air or Saturday delivery) and use the delivery date selector during checkout to choose your delivery date.
All Personalized Pick Your Pints and Special Occasion Collections ordered before Noon CST are available to ship that day.
All Create Your Own Flavors and Single Serving Party Cups, require three business days to create before we are able to ship.

Next Day Air - $25
Saturday Delivery - $35 Not available in all areas
· We ship Monday through Friday and can deliver Tuesday through Saturday (this is based upon the intended destination and the method of shipment chosen).
· Tuesday deliveries require Next Day Air shipping.
· Saturday deliveries do not qualify for standard 2nd day shipping; they must be shipped using Saturday Delivery.
· Next Day Air & Saturday Deliveries are not available to Hawaii & Alaska.
· We cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.
· We cannot deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Holidays recognized by UPS.
· Order pick-up is available ONLY in Omaha, Nebraska. Orders can be picked up at 5001 Underwood Avenue. No shipping fees apply.
You will receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please read it carefully and let your gift recipient know to expect a perishable gift.
eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information.
· We pack your order with enough dry ice to last well into the evening on the day when it is expected.
· We ship via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. UPS will leave the package at the recipient's address and the contents will remain frozen into the evening.
· We cannot ship to PO boxes. Once an order is processed there will be a fee to make changes.
· We cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.
· We ship only to destinations within the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally. (Including Canada)
· eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts or incorrect address information. If the recipients are not available that evening to receive the package, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home or at the address specified on the date of delivery.
