Please read the Shipping Section Carefully!  Shipping Ice Cream & Gelato is a delicate process!



eCreamery will not be shipping on Monday, September 6 because of the Labor Day Holiday. All orders will be shipped Wednesday, September 8. All Grandparent's Day Orders will be shipped on Wednesday, September 8 by the shipping method selected during checkout.



WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS THE SAME DAY THEY ARE PLACED UNLESS BY SPECIAL REQUEST. RUSH FEES MAY APPLY.

We ship on MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS.


CREATE YOUR FLAVOR SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: Orders placed on Tuesday after 10AM CST, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday will likely ship the following MONDAY. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday before 10AM CST will likely ship on the upcoming Wednesday. RUSH OPTIONS AVAILABLE

More CREATE YOUR FLAVOR info: If you have Created and Named your own flavor from the Create Your Flavor page, please note that we make your flavor, from scratch, especially for you. We will need approximately 48 business day hours to make the order before shipping.



SPECIAL OCCASION/SAMPLER PACK SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: Orders placed after 10AM CST on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday before 10AM CST will ship that Monday. Orders placed after 10AM CST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 10AM CST will ship that Wednesday. RUSH OPTIONS AVAILABLE

More SAMPLER PACK info: If we are out of a sampler pack flavor we will replace it with another delicious flavor in an effort to ship your purchase as soon as possible.



RUSH OPTIONS: Rush orders can be shipped on Thursday with Next Day Air Delivery and Friday for Saturday Delivery (additional $20 charge).  Extra RUSH charges may apply. No deliveries can be made on Sunday or Monday.  



Each order is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam container with dry ice. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container.



**You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please read the email to confirm details (contents, shipping address, etc) of the order. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package. UPS will leave the package at the recipient's address and the contents will remain frozen into the evening. eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts. If the recipients are not available that evening to receive the package, eCreamery cannot be responsible.  It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure recipients are going to be home the on the date of delivery.



More VERY Important Shipping Details for ALL Orders:

We only ship on Mondays & Wednesdays, unless special requests are made.

Orders cannot be delivered on Mondays because we cannot keep them frozen over a weekend.

Sunday deliveries are unavailable.

There is an additional $20 charge for a Saturday Delivery. Please call us at 866.920.5344 with questions.

We DO NOT ship internationally.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Extra charges apply for shipments made to Hawaii and Alaska.

If you would like your order to arrive on a specific date, make a note in the comments section of checkout, choose the appropriate shipping method (2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) and we will do our best to accommodate.

$20 Half Gallon (4 pints) 2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday or Friday)
$45 Full Gallon (8 pints)2nd Day Delivery (arrives on a Wednesday or Friday)
$35 Half Gallon (4 pints) Overnight Delivery
$60 Full Gallon (8 pints) Overnight Delivery

As each order must be sent in an individual cooler with dry ice there is a shipping fee for EACH order/flavor.

If you are ordering items from our Bakery section please note that some of the items are shipped from other locations. We try to make sure that all packages arrive on the same day but we cannot guarantee it. 

The customer must file all freight claims for any goods damaged or delayed in transit; eCreamery will assist you in every way.

In a hurry? Rush Fees are $25 per order.
