If I pick 2 flavors to make an ice cream, will they appear side by side, swirled, or mixed together?

If you create a flavor using 2 different flavorings, like mango and green tea, we will infuse the base mix with both mango and green tea ingredients before actually making the ice cream. Thus, each scoop will have the unique blend of both your flavors. The colors will NOT be swirled as both flavors are in each bite.

Can I have my order shipped on a specific date?

Yes, unless it is a Monday or major holiday as we are unable to ship overnight on a Sunday or other day major shippers are closed. Please call or email us to coordinate the date or include your specific date in the order comments section. We can only ship Monday - Thursday for overnight delivery.

What is the minimum order?

The smallest order we can make of one custom flavor is a 1/2 gallon batch (4 pints). It is shipped in 4 pint containers so you can share your creation with others! If you'd like an assortment, please see our Create Your Own Sampler Packs where you can choose 1 pint of a flavor.

How long before I receive my order?

Custom Create Your Own Flavors are delivered in 4 -7 business days, sometimes sooner. Sampler packs arrive in 3 to 5 business days.

I’m looking for a particular flavor but I can’t find it.

Definitely contact us. We may have access to the ingredient but are unable to offer it because of low demand and storage concerns. We will do our best to research any flavor requests and make it available as soon as possible.

I’m allergic to nuts and/or eggs, does your equipment process these foods?

All of our products are made on equipment that is used to process nuts and eggs.
