If I pick 2 flavors to make an ice cream, will they appear side by side, swirled, or mixed together?

If you create a flavor using 2 different flavorings, like chocolate and green tea, we will infuse the base mix with both mango and green tea ingredients before actually making the ice cream. Thus, each scoop will have the unique blend of both your flavors. The colors will NOT be swirled as both flavors are in each bite.

Can I have my order arrive on a specific date?

Yes! We ship all orders on Mondays & Wednesdays. Please select the appropriate shipping method (2nd Day or Overnight) to assure your order arrives on the specific date. RESTRICTIONS: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Orders cannot be shipped to arrive on Mondays because they do not stay frozen over the weekend. Please include your specific date in the order comments section. RUSH OPTIONS: Rush orders can be shipped on Thursday with Next Day Air Delivery and Friday for Saturday Delivery (for $50). Orders placed before noon on Friday with $50 Saturday Shipping selected will ship that day. Extra RUSH charges may apply.

What is the minimum order?

The smallest order we can make of one custom flavor is a 1/2 gallon batch (4 pints). It is shipped in 4 pint containers so you can share your creation with others! If you'd like an assortment, please see our Create Your Own Sampler Packs where you can choose 1 pint of a flavor.

How long before I receive my order?

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS. IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY NOON CST ON MONDAY OR WEDNESDAY YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THAT DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER NOON CST AND ON ALL OTHER DAYS OF THE WEEK WILL SHIP ON THE NEXT SHIPPING DAY. I’m looking for a particular flavor but I can’t find it.

Definitely contact us. We may have access to the ingredient but are unable to offer it because of low demand and storage concerns. We will do our best to research any flavor requests and make it available as soon as possible.

I’m allergic to nuts and/or eggs, does your equipment process these foods?

Peanuts, other nuts, dairy, soy, wheat/gluten & other common allergens are used at eCreamery. Although we strive to keep these items separate, it is impossible to guarantee that your eCreamery creation will be free of these ingredients.
