Standard shipping is $35.99 per half gallon or full gallon.

All orders must be sent Overnight* on dry ice. To prevent melting, we ship only in the continental United States. We apologize but we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order for delivery. To keep your flavor arriving fresh and frozen, all orders are shipped overnight* Monday through Thursday only.**

*Overnight delivery may not be available to all locations. If this is the case, orders will arrive via 2nd day service.

**You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package and to open immediately to prevent melting. eCreamery cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts.

Each flavor is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam container with dry ice. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container.

The customer must file all freight claims for any goods damaged or delayed in transit; eCreamery will assist you in every way.

Order pick-up is available only in Omaha, Nebraska. Orders can be picked up at 5001 Underwod Avenue. No shipping fees apply.
