If I pick 2 flavors to make an ice cream, will they appear side by side, swirled, or mixed together?
If you create a flavor using 2 different flavorings, like mango and green tea, we will infuse the base mix with both mango and green tea ingredients before actually making the ice cream. Thus, each scoop will have the unique blend of both your flavors.
Can I have my order shipped on a specific date?
Yes. Please call or email us to coordinate the date or include your specific date in the order comments section. We can only ship Monday - Thursday for overnight delivery.
What is the minimum order?
The smallest order we can make is a 1/2 gallon batch. It is shipped in 4 pint containers so you can share your creation with others!
How long before I receive my order?
All orders are delivered in 5-10 business days, sometimes sooner. This assures that we use the freshest milk and ingredients.
I’m looking for a particular flavor but I can’t find it.
Definitely contact us. We may have access to the ingredient but are unable to offer it because of low demand and storage concerns. We will do our best to research any flavor requests and make it available as soon as possible.
I’m allergic to nuts and eggs, does your equipment process these foods?
All our products are made on equipment that is used to process nuts and eggs.
